Mark R. Slough advises clients on corporate and business transactions, real estate, and sports-related legal matters. His practice covers entity formation and governance, commercial agreements, private placements, real estate syndications and acquisitions, and coaching employment representation.

Mark began his legal career at Fulbright & Jaworski LLP in San Antonio, practicing real estate and public finance law. Before entering the practice of law, he was a commercial banker in Nashville, Tennessee, where he provided financing and commercial lending services to clients in the music industry. He entered sports representation in 1998, spending 20 years as an NFL sports agent before transitioning to collegiate coaching representation through Coaches Resource Management, where he serves as a partner and General Counsel.
