Paul Schiada advises clients on corporate, real estate, and commercial transactions. His practice encompasses M&A, joint ventures, real estate acquisitions and financings, commercial contracts, and general counsel services for small and medium-sized businesses.

Paul began his career as a partner in the Los Angeles office of Katten Muchin & Zavis, where he focused on complex commercial transactions including corporate finance, real estate, entertainment, intellectual property, and M&A. He subsequently served as VP and Senior Corporate Counsel at Platinum Technology (NASDAQ), a publicly traded enterprise software company, during the period of its $3.5 billion acquisition by Computer Associates. He later held in-house roles at two additional technology companies before returning to private practice, including a period at Munger, Tolles & Olson. Since 2003, he has advised individuals and businesses on corporate and real estate matters.
