Kris Burwell leads business development for CCSE’s sports practice. He has spent more than 20 years working in sports and entertainment, with experience spanning event production, sponsorships, client management, and coaching representation.

Kris began his career at Brown McCarroll, where he helped build a multi-sport agency practice. He subsequently managed the sports division, events, and sponsorships at CCSE. In 2007, he founded a company focused on helping professional athletes transition into franchise and business ownership. He joined Ballengee Group in 2015 as a partner in its Sports Professionals and Executives division before becoming a founding partner of Coaches Resource Management, the national coaching representation agency where he works alongside Mark Slough.
