Jonathan Bell advises companies, entrepreneurs, and individuals on corporate and commercial transactions from CCSE’s San Diego office. His practice spans mergers and acquisitions, private equity and debt financings, entity formation and governance, securities compliance, licensing, entertainment and media agreements, and the full range of commercial contracts that govern ongoing business relationships.

Jonathan also serves as outside general counsel for a number of the firm’s clients, including small and medium-sized businesses and nonprofit organizations, handling day-to-day legal matters across corporate, compliance, employment, and commercial dimensions.

Prior to joining CCSE, Jonathan served as General Counsel of StandWithUs, an international nonprofit organization, where he managed the organization’s legal affairs across multiple jurisdictions and concurrently advised outside business and nonprofit clients. He is actively engaged in the San Diego legal community, currently serving as 2026 President of the San Diego County Bar Foundation.
